Louwendy Jenkins is the creator of Get PAID™ (Pay Attention – Identify Daily), an identity-based life-skills system designed to help young people stop drifting and start designing their lives. With over 30 years of experience working directly with youth, parents, and educators, Louwendy has built frameworks that teach self-governance, accountability, and intentional decision-making.
Beginning in 1989, Louwendy founded Nothing To Do (NTD), a nonprofit after-school organization that evolved into a multi-program youth development model serving elementary through high school students.
